And we followed the F18s out to the runway!
And KAFW provides solos certificates and tower visits etc! Quite cool!

And my other student Preston finished his long solo cross country this morning! So close to the finish!
An on the trip back to 52F her sisters ride along, hard to make pilots fly in the back seat quietly so lucky us they didn’t have intercom to share lol, actually they were quiet but still no intercom.
And this is three generations of pilots grandfather, father and so far 3 of the four daughters fly. The youngest has a few years before starting (at Fort Worth Alliance Airport)
Erica and I started our morning at alliance to go for another solo within ATC environment which was also a former location I a family private strip and keeping a family tradition alive and well!
And us texans not only deal with heat and high density altitude flying but that darn sun that just can’t be blocked by the visors! Genna despite this had a great flight today!
